With Version 8, we have added a feature that alerts users when the Call Activity reaches a predetermined number. Here’s how it works:
In the Client Settings, add the number of call activities you wish to allow before the alert is triggered and click Save.
As you enter the Call Activities on your debtor accounts, CollectMax will keep track of your daily entries.
When you come back to an account that has already reached the number set in the client settings, the alert is triggered.
Note: The Call Activity Count resets daily.
